There are two active listings in the bakers bay condo Community at the current time . Both appear to be newly listed . One is a town house the other a flat unit.
 
Prices range for these active  units both being two Bedroom two bath units $139,000 -- $157,500 .
 
Currently there are three pending units in Bakers Bay Gated Community . If you read my blogs you know the rules . Pending units are not discussed . The unit could possibly come back on the market for many reasons . Included but not limited to Home inspections ,mortgages and title problems but let's not get into this subject .
