Maple Heights City Council had a first meeting for the month of January on Wednesday, 01/04/17 at 7:00 PM. There was a low level of activity on the Maple Heights real estate market this week. 2 single family homes and 1 unzoned parcel of land were listed for sale. 1 single family home was listed for rent. 2 single family home listings were returned to market. 3 single family home listings changed to contract. The price was reduced for 5 single family homes. The price was raised for 1 single family home. 3 single family homes were sold 2 single family homes were rented.
