Homeowners in North Kingstown want to know what their real estate market is doing so it is important to stay abreast of home sales and values.  Are homes selling and in what price range this December 2016?
 
You bet, this month was a busy month for home sellers and busier than the month before.  This North Kingstown RI market report will tell you that RI real estate information you need to stay abreast on.
 
 
 
North Kingstown home sales over the prior month have increased by 26%  with the following sales for a total of 34 single home sales:
 
15 homes sold under $300,000
4 homes sold between $300,000-$400,000
15 homes sold over $400,000 but less than $1 million
   0 home sold over $1 million
  
 
There are 102 homes on the market and the average home sold price is $378,000 here.  The average home stays on the market 3.1  months prior to going into pending status.  Home values continue to climb here and are not slowing down as sellers build up home equity.
 
Overall the North Kingstown home sale market through December is up 25% this year in 2016 over same period in 2015 which is all a great sign for home sellers.  The issue is that the lack of inventory in certain price ranges is needed now.
