You Don't Need Lead Generating BUT You Do Need a Plan
What are you doing here without a plan?
We all need a plan to succeed. Your plan will differ from other associates, and rightly so. Your strengths are somewhat like a snowflake where no one else will have the same composition that you do. The commonality of most successful agents is that they've taken the time to write their plan down. It's hard to comprehend why so many of us don't have a business plan. It's your reference point of how to reach expected goals. You have responsibilities and it takes a certain amount of concerted effort to achieve them. Some may define this as work and I wholeheartedly agree that it is. There was a time that consumers looked at their real estate agent friends and described their "work" as just sitting back and collecting a big, fat check. To be honest that does happen sometimes but the reality is to be successful there is so much more to today's profession. Real Estate's attrition rate still boggles the mind. It can overwhelm even the most productive multitaskers. Sample business plans are available almost everywhere, find one that you like, modify it to your needs and begin writing.
