Community Guidelines Assists to Maintain Activerain Culture/Success    Lynn Friedman Broker/Owner with Atlanta Homes ODAT Realty created a January Challenge for all of us to get a Blogging jump start for the year 2017. This January Challenge has been repeated now for several years. Thank you Lynn for your hard work of putting this together each year. As a side note this is not a re-blog of the Challenge.  
One of the items we have to cover as part of the challenge is the ActiveRain Community Guidelines. All of us need to certainly read or reread these Community Guidelines at least once a year and as part of the Challenge we have to discuss in a post those that we think maintains the culture and contributes to the success and of the ActiveRain Community.
