Home sales were brisk in Charlotte/Ballantyne's neighborhood of Ardrey in the fourth quarter of 2016, with six closed sales as published by Carolina Multiple Listing Service. As of December 31st, 2016 three homes were available for sale in this unique and in-demand Ballantyne subdivision.  Home sales were also brisk throughout 2016, with 26 homes sold within 46 days, on average.
