South Riding Mid Week Update 1/14/2016 - 1/18/2017
I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. there are currently 14 homes for sale. 4 homes new to the market; 1 traditional sale town homes, 1 short sale town homes and  2 traditional sale detached homes.   4 homes received a contract; 3 traditional sale town homes and 1 traditional sale detached homes. 0 homes were reported sold.  There are 1 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
