Social Media - Whether you are new to ActiveRain or have been a member for some time, read Weltanschauung & read the Community Guidelines. Many people begin by reading what others have to write first before writing their own post. This isn't a bad idea, it's just that you may get hooked on someone who isn't following the philosophy or the written guidelines. Therefore, to start off on the right foot, I recommend reading both the Weltanschauung and AR's Community Guidelines. Learn how to participate in social media right from the start. If you leave comments on other people's blog posts, the likelihood of receiving comments on yours are higher. If you read a comment that offends you, go back to the Community Guidelines and if you followed the rules but the other person didn't, you have the right to do one of two things: 1) Delete the Comment; 2) Report it to ActiveRain. 
 
Real Estate Industry -If you are a Real Estate Agent or in the business of the Industry - read the contract, forms, addendums, amendments - read to understand and explain everything to your clients. What is frustrating about the business ... more
