City of Shaker Heights Finance Commitee had a meeting on Tuesday, 01/17/17 at 7:30 AM. Shaker Heights Architectural Board of Review had a meeting on the same day at 8:00 AM. There was a medium leve of activity on the Shaker Heights area real estate market this week. 7 single family homes and 3 condominiums were listed for sale. 1 multifamily home was listed for rent. 1 single family home listing and 1 three family home listing were returned to market. 4 single family home listings changed to contract. The price was reduced for 4 single family home and for, for 5 condominiums. The proposed rent rate was reduced for 2 single family home, for 1 multifamily home and for 1 apartment. 3 single family homes and 2 condominiums were sold. 2 single family homes were rented.
