For the 2017 ActiveRain Jumpstart Challenge sponsored by Lynn Friedman, one item on her Maxi Checklist is to profile a Active Rain member.  I’ve chosen to write about my virtual friend Noah Seidenberg . Noah is an agent with Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC in Evanston IL. His market area is Chicago and Suburbs but his primary concentration is Evanston and the Northern Chicago Suburbs.
 
I had the pleasure to speak with Noah this week as I had never spoken to him in the past. We had a very good conversation and it was like we had known each other for several years. We have several areas of commonality with one being we both grew up in the Chicago area.
 
Like many Real Estate professionals, Noah started his career in the electronics business as he got an AA degree in Electronics from DeVry University after he obtain a bachelor degree from University of Illinois Chicago Circle campus. He also has worked in the computer consulting field prior to becoming a Real estate agent. Noah has been an agent for about 15 years now.
