Mid-Century w/ Guest Quarters Is Pending!
The great news for my clients was that 2332 W. Seldon Lane, Phoenix, AZ 85021 received 6 offers within 24 hours of the listing going live.
After careful consideration an offer was accepted and we are looking forward to a stress free closing.
By the way, a big part of its popularity is that, while it had updated baths and kitchen, its unique character remained intact.
