Plano Residential Home Sales For December 2016 Lower 6.7%
In December 2016 the number of property sales saw a dip of 6.7% from December 2015, with 291 sold total. There was a decrease of 2.3% in the number of real estate sales reported year to date from December last year. There were 3789 real estate sales reported this year. The number of projected residential properties sold in December 2016 was 327 total, a gain of 4.8%. The number of projected homes sold year to date in Plano was at 3825, a slump of 1.4%. In Plano in December 2016 the number of new listings showed a decrease of 18.1%, with 185 new on the market total. The number of new residential properties year to date underwent a dip of 1.7%, with 4705 new on the market total this year. In Plano contract listings in December 2016 reached 190 total, a down-slide of 9.5% from December last year. Year to date listings under contract in Plano saw a slump of 5% in contrast to last year, with 3743 listings under contract total this year.
