The East Greenwich RI real estate market this January 2017 had a slight dip in home sales.  With closings down 19% over the prior month here.   This East Greenwich real estate market still remains a location to buy into though.
 
The choice in 70 homes on the market still gives buyers opportunities in this diverse real estate market for a great choice in a centrally located RI home market.  Pending real estate sales in East Greenwich topped 13 homes and homes sold were 13 this month.
  
So the East Greenwich home buying and selling market is a balanced market this month.  Home sales in all price ranges were busy this month yet up in volume from last year year to date.  Yet there is a thin inventory of homes for buyers in many price points and sellers should consider putting their homes for sale now and not waiting until spring.
