You should attend conventions & sales meetings that come to your city
I am sure many of you have attended national real estate brokerage conventions and sales meetings. Statistics show the majority of attendees in the real estate industry increase their productivity by regularly attending these conferences. Statistics also show attending marketing training and technology events increase productivity.
Agents are traveling all over the country for their nationally branded brokerage conventions. They also fly from coast to coast for Inman events. They attend Xplode, REW, LCA, Curaytor events and bootcamps. Then you have the Tom Ferry events and other leading coaches and gurus.
Realtors are traveling to gain knowledge, get motivated, to have fellowship with their peers, meet vendors and network.
Those that choose not to attend their national franchise conventions either don't have the money, the time or the will to do so. It can get pricey. Airfare, hotels, food and the fee to attend. It is a commitment and your time is valuable. I get that.
I do believe if you are part of a nationally branded company, you should at least go to your next convention. Start saving now.
