This week’s report on home values for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Mission Viejo Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 5.1 percent, for new homes up 2.2 percent and for resale condos up 2.2 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 3.0 percent and up 3.8  percent on condos and up 1.7  percent for new homes.  
 
•Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 5.7 percent and the sales volume is down 16.3 percent.
•Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 1.7 percent and the sales volume is up 8.9 percent.
•Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 4.0 percent and the sales volume is up 11.39 percent.
•Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices down 16.75 percent and the sales volume is up 34.5 percent.
•Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 12.3 percent and the sales volume up 12.0 percent.
•San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are down 8.3 percent and the sales volume is up 10.3 percent.
•San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 2.4 percent and the sales volume is down 38.1 percent.
 
Look at the sales volume in Mission Viejo and San Clemente.  Please note there is a week market.  The reason is the amount of homes that are coming on the market.  The homeowners are not listing there homes.  There ... more
