Your Local Columbia, MD Realtor will tell you the area is off to a slow start compared to the surrounding areas. Median Home Sale prices are up, The days on the market are up too. Inventory is down, and most other areas remain stable.  Let's take a look at the major indicators that help us determine overall Real Estate health here!Indicator #1 - Sold Price & Listing to Sold RatioYour Local Columbia, MD Median Home Sales Prices for February 2017 are $302,500, up from $298,000 this same time last year. The listing to Sold Price Ratios remain stable at 95.2%, showing that homes are being priced well. The average days on the market went up to 100 days from 78 days from last February. 78 properties sold this month, down from 81 last February. 
Indicator #2 - Active Homes on the Market
