At this time, Breezeway has approximately 120 homes and is serviced by the Williamson county school district.
The neighborhood is currently zoned for Clovercroft elementary school, Woodland middle school, and Centennial high school. Check with me before buying any home based on school districts because Williamson county is always adjusting the school population by rezoning neighborhood.
The only builder in the neighborhood has been Drees. Homes in this neighborhood were built between 2008 and 2016.
