FED RAISES RATE FOR SECOND TIME IN THREE MONTHS
It's TIME TO BUY A HOME! Last rate hike was in December 2016! Jobs are stabilizing and new ones still being created. New homes are being built in Sonoma County, California and we're putting money earned back into the country so rates may raise soon by 1%.
