This week’s report on home values for San Clemente and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a San Clemente Realtor Michael Albrecht. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 7.4 percent, for new homes up 4.9 percent and for resale condos up 2.9 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 3.6 percent and down 0.0  percent on condos and up 10.6  percent for new homes.  
 
•Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 5.1 percent and the sales volume is down 23.7 percent.
•Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 1.1 percent and the sales volume is up 0.0 percent.
•Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are down 10.8 percent and the sales volume is down 18.1 percent.
•Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices down 6.7 percent and the sales volume is down 14.1 percent.
•Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 15.8 percent and the sales volume down 20.3 percent.
•San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are down 2.5 percent and the sales volume is up 0.0 percent.
•San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 2.3 percent and the sales volume is down 37.0 percent.
 
Ok we are seeing a lot of sales volume moving severly down.  Some of the prices are also moving down.  Interesting changes this week .  Let's look at the changes in over the next couple of weeks.
