Finding and Hiring A Real Estate Grunt Is A Score | Difficult Task

Most of us might be familiar with the slang term “grunt.”  A “grunt” is one who is in the military and in the front lines.  He/she is the marine who is in the trenches every day.  A “grunt” is a soldier who leads the troops through the “muck and the mire.”  The one who gets the job done, day in and day out.
How many of you can honestly say you work as a “grunt” works?  I laugh now when I think about this word.  Most real estate agents would consider this name an insult.  It’s anything but that.  It’s a compliment to anyone who works in this manner and continues to push his/her way through anything and everything that is thrown in his/her way.
The “real estate grunt” is what every sales manager searches for every day. Not many agents have the fortitude and the ambition to honestly be categorized as a “grunt.”  I want a team of “grunts.”  I’d love to have an office full of them, but unfortunately, that’s not realistic.  They are not that plentiful.
Just another thought for the day…maybe I need a day off!
