HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR GYM SPORTS WATER BOTTLE
     We all have a sports bottle we use when going out for a jog, to the gym or just hanging out with friends, but do you have the right one? Is it safe? When is the last time you cleaned it? Ever look inside it?
     I have studied the dangers of different chemicals that can leach into your water/beverage from plastic at different temeratures extensively and came to one conclusion: Plastic isn't that safe.  
 
*** FIRST: AVOID ANY PLASTIC SPORTS BOTTLES AT ALL COSTS: I don’t care what safety rating they have on the little triangle on the bottom of your sports bottle:  There is always a chance of some BPA’s, estrogen or other chemicals leaching into your water from plastic. I don’t know how the USDA tests for safe levels you can drink, and I don’t care: NO LEVEL OF BPA’s, ESTROGEN OR CHEMICALS ARE SAFE TO ME.
 
 
***GET A METAL SPORTS BOTTLE! Nothing says “Badass” like a cool, metal sports bottle, and they are much safer than plastic ones. I have different colors, anodized, some with skulls and other designs.
