This one is ready to close, welcome to Stevens Point Pam!
In early February when we got the offer on this one my agent was on his way to China and suggested that maybe we should turn it down.
But we decided to at least give it a try and I am glad that we did.
With lots of phone calls, emails, and counters shot back and forth, each of us got most of what we really wanted.
I got my asking price and the expensive contingencies removed, she got a great home with lots of improvements, great income potential, a fantastic location near the hospital and the university.
We met on Monday to remove the final contingencies and give the buyer the keys to the garage since her truck full of furniture was arriving that day from Nashville.
Today I received the closing statement from the title company and we expect to have her into her new home Friday morning.
