Hillsborough Ca Real Estate Market Trends - Apr 7, 2017
 Hillsborough real estate market trends show a slight decrease in price since early March 2017. With 12 closed sales so far for the 1st qtr of 2017 variablility is expected. Of interest is that the 1st qtr of 2017 is one of only 3 quarters since 1998 where more Hillsborough houses sold over list price than sold below list price.
