Looking For A Seattle Houseboat For Sale?
Just in time for opening boat day tomorrow, the Seattle Floating Homes real estate market is finally opening back up  - What does that mean?   There are choices once again.  Not many Seattle floating homes for sale and they are going faster than the speed that boats can travel in Lake Union, but there are some really cool spots to claim your very own piece of the lake! 
Right now there are three "ACTIVE" status Seattle floating homes for sale in the MLS. This means they are available for purchase. This is a different story already from just two days ago when Molly and I were able to secure the really cool shore side Eastlake floating home that was for sale on the Phoenix dock for an even one million dollars.  The seller of that floating home rebuilt the houseboat from the float up and they were looking at offers that day.  There were three or four offers that I know of in writing from various buyers and I know that the listing broker also received calls after we got under contract from other buyers interested in purchasing it.
