Before & After - The Importance of Your Real Estate Photos
When it comes to taking photos of my newly listed properties I am extremely particular. I like to take my own photos unless I am using a professional photographer for the property, as we do with certain properties for various reasons. I like my listings to look a certain way as they represent me and how I do business, not just the seller and their home.
For the Active Rain Challenge in May, Dick Greenberg, asked us to take a photo and improve it using software to make it more pleasing to the eye.

* First I cropped the photo to bring the house closer, making it more visible. * Then I increased the clarity and sharpness for better definition. * Finally I lightened the picture slightly so it didn't appear as dark on the front of the house. * Then just for fun I added a frame. (After)
