The Challenge: Share with us what you believe to be your personal strengths and how they help you in business. AND, then, share with us your personal weaknesses and how you have overcome them (or manage them) to avoid getting derailed to stay on track with your business goals.
 
My personal strengths and how they help me in my business: 
My primary strength is my commitment to excellence and doing the right thing … no matter what. I understand the “right thing” may be perceived differently by different people. For the sake of clarity, “the right thing” is treating others the way I want to be treated.  I do live by the Golden Rule.  I do for my clients what I would want others do to for me. 
In business and in life this means that I am often the Warrior and the Protector.  Doing the right thing and serving my clients highest and best often equates to an enormous amount of time spent getting others to do their jobs.
