COLES CROSSING SOLDS APRIL 2017
THIRTEEN Coles Crossing homes SOLD during the month of April 2017 with prices ranging from $225,000 up to $457,500.
 
Average sales price/sq. ft. was $103/sq. ft., however there was quite a range ($86 up to $124).
 
Average time on the market before receiving an offer was 69 days, but again there was quite a bit of variance here.  The biggest two determinants of selling quickly is demand for the floorplan and PRICE. 
 
12826 Bedford Falls Dr. - currently listed for $299990 on a quiet street in section 21!
 
The smaller homes (2250 sq. ft. and under) seem to be moving FAST and draw multiple offers.
