The median home price for Williamson county homes is up 4.8% for April compared to the same period last year. Inventory levels continue to decline with only 1621 homes available for purchase, approximately 7.3% less than we had for this time last year. The median home price for Williamson county is up 29% compared to 5 years ago with 22 percent fewer homes available for purchase, and the trend is not changing at this time.
