Also known as Oakbrooke Estates Gardens.  Located on the north side of Martin Hwy (State Road 714) and just down the street from the Publix supermarket and close to other shopping areas as well as schools and Florida’s Turnpike.  This community was built between 2003 and 2005 and consists of 70 single family homes of various sizes ranging from 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom homes of 2,263 sq. ft. of living area up to 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom homes of 3,690 sq. ft. and all these homes come with 3 car garages.

Children who live in Oakbrooke Estates currently attend the Palm City Elementary, Hidden Oaks Middle and Martin County High Schools.
