Tech Terrace homes are a hot commodity this summer!   That is not particularly news worthy to anyone who knows about Lubbock real estate but the inventory of Tech Terrace homes is lower now than last summer.  
While late spring to early summer is always peak time for real estate sales, this year has seen an influx of out of town investors who want to buy Lubbock homes, so our market is now VERY competitive with homes going for sales price and more.    Rental homes near Texas Tech University are rarely vacant, so Tech Terrace and other areas near campus are in demand for investors.
