In pricey neighborhoods the employees income is impressive so is the housing cost. Many young workers manage to save as much renting a room, live on a boat to save for a place called home. 
Unlike the couples illustrated below, I have sold to several single women who can afford a home. They take in a roommate or two who will ask me to get them a housing later. Many of them are still in their twenties. They are determined to achieve their American Dream.
