Naperville IL Home Sales Keep Pace with 2016 in May, 2017
Naperville IL home sales in May, 2017 beat 2016's numbers despite lower inventory levels.  With 206 closed home sales in the detached single family home category vs 202 in 2016...there is a slight increase that appears to continue all year.
Currently there are 201 active listings under $500K and 376 over the $501K price point.  With 33 new listings, 8 reactivated listings, 47 with price changes for a total of 707 available homes.
There are 398 homes under contract wth 42 already in the pending status.  Strong sales are definitely a plus in Naperville, IL.  There are still 100 homes in the Million and above price point - so plenty of choices for even the luxury buyer.
