Why Do You Use Those Too Late Signs FAQ
 
Love using those "Too Late" signs.
When preparing  print media advertising I just write changes on the ad  copy.
For me this was a simple way to keep track. The changes could include a price adjustment, rewording, change in banner heading, removing, adding or changing a property location. I would also write 'Sold' or "Too Late"  or "Coming Soon" with a black marker.
 
 
On listing appointments I would have a few back issues to show my marketing plan. In front of the potential clients, I took out a pen and wrote directly on the ad Too Late, Sold or would even draw an X on a released or withdrawn property.
 
This became an impressive visual.  It was the Too Late that always got the smile, the positive comments and the high fives.
When I started blogging eleven years ago I wrote about real estate including my new listings, when they went under contract, open houses and when they went to settlement.
Again Too Late was noticed and got lots of compliments. Other agents were reblogging, calling and asking permission to 'steal'  my idea.
