6 Ways to Welcome Buyers Into Your Home By Making the Outside Appealing
This is the time of year when most people are spending more time outdoors. Summer is my favorite time of year.  There are many ways to help buyers see your property as a place they can call home for many years to come. Concentrating on outdoor space, especially this time of year, helps them to imagine family get-togethers, barbeque's, playing in the back yard, or spending time gardening.  Here are a few ideas to get you started... 
 
1- Having great curb appeal ( front yard and back), helps to lure the buyers inside. Your front yard should have some color. One of the best ways to accomplish this is to paint the front door. Then try to plant some flowers with contrasting colors. Adding a nice door mat is also a great way to welcome buyers. 
 
 
 
2- Have an entertaining space in your back yard is another great idea.  Most people love the idea of dining outdoors. Think how much you love summer barbecues! Make a space where buyers can picture themselves reading and relaxing. Add some color here and there with flowers, linens on tables, or even some art work on the fence or outside wall.
