Zillow group buys dotloop for 108 million but why?
If you were using Dotloop are you going or have gone to Docusign or Zipform?
If you havent given thought to it will you mind if Zillow has the rights to access all of your esigned documents?
Zillow likely purchased to review concessions and to get access to data thata might not even be entered in the MLS. Likely with it being a public traded stock they will watch their bottom line and outsource data entry if that is the only reason for their purchase, in my opinion.
The second possibility is what everyone is in a uproar about  the Zillow instant offers and Zillow moving into Broker activity witouth license for transactions.

"DotLoop is very exciting for us," Zillow Group CEO Spencer Rascoff said during a second quarter earnings call with investors. "There is no question that real estate transactions are moving online. Any of you who have bought a home know that signing hundreds of pages of documentation is a burden and that the day of the paperless transaction is here now, and DotLoop is the clear leader in the category."
