Cinnamon Shore On The New Texas Coast
I just posted on the Mustang Island Real Estate Blog the recent announcement of a $1.3 Billion expansion of Cinnamon Shore on Mustang Island, Texas.  Cinnamon Shore broke ground in 2007 on 63 gulf front acres in Port Aransas.  The coming phases will take 15 to 20 years to complete.
Cinnamon Shore, Sunflower Beach Resort & Residences as well as Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf are master-planned new urbanism communities which feature high-level home designs and a wide array of upscale amenities.  These popular Mustang Island communites have been referred to as The New Texas Coast.
