Away from the glitter and gleam from the "Strip" that Las Vegas is so known for, are some amazingly serene, well designed, & immpeccably manicured guard gated neigborhoods.  

Think guard gated living is too expensive?  Think again. Prices in some of these neighborhoods start in the $400K's in neighborhoods like Anthem Country Club,  The Legacy, & Regency at Summerlin.
For the luxury home buyer, Las Vegas also has access to some incredible custom home neighborhoods, where the price point starts around the $1 million mark like MacDonald Highlands, The Ridges, & Tournament Hills.
HOA Dues for Guard Gated Neighborhoods vary per community.  Expect to pay $125/M to over $600/M depending on the community.
