Evolution of realtor marketing materials

Over the years the realtor marketing materials have changed. I received a packaged dry sponge in a wrapper saying soak it in the water watch your American dollar($) grow. A whistle says : "Whistle for Sam". A fly swatter with printing like "Sam will eradicate your fly."  I have not yet received a pot holder as the cost of creating them is way more than before.   
This notepad above with my own design cost me ~$0.35 each and that was 10+ years ago. I have occasionally received some cheap black and white notepads that I trashed them as soon as I receive them.
