Sun City Grand is it time to sell your home?
As it stands today Sun City Grand has the fewer homes for sale than it has had in my 9 year career of saling homes in this area. I live in Grand and my office is in Grand so I do keep a close eye on th revolving inventories. The end of summer always tends to have the lowest inventory as many wait for snowbirds and renters to come back before listing their homes. Think of it this way if you are anticipating selling your home as far as competition you are not going to get in a better position than right now. Having so few homes on market gives you a hands down advantage to sell your home as the first of October inventory usually starts rising all the way through April. Granted there are more people to sell to October through April but there is also much stiffer competition. There are currently a total of 82 homes for sale in Sun City Grand and of those 2 are La Solana Condos and 80 single family detached homes. Of these 80 single family homes 18 are golf course homes.
