New Hampshire Foliage - White Mountains in techocolor

Ellsworth Hill - Campton New Hampshire produces a stunning view of the foliage and northern peaks.

When darkness grows near and the shadows move across the landscape the colors deepen even more.
The far off views remind me of the shag carpet I grew up with in the 70's ... where are the Harvest gold appliances.
A stop along Route 112 - better known as the Kancamagus scenic Highway, brings the Lincolnwoods ranger station, cable bridge and the Pemigewasset River in to focus,as a great place to pull over.
No foliage post would be complete without my favorite Heart Shaped Tree being featured for all to see.
Kanc Pass - the highest point that one can drive a vehicle is certainly a great place to take a photo op.
If you work you way back through Crawford notch, swing over at the Mount Washington Hotel and enjoy the breath taking view the 6,300 foot tallest peak in New Hampshire (dinner and drinks are a really nice idea when you are in the neighborhood).
