  With property values climbing steadily since the year 2010 are there any lakefront homes with views for sale at Millerton Lake in Friant CA. 93626?  Oddly enough, prices of homes with lake views are still a great value.  Most of the recent sales data or currently listed homes are along Sky Harbour (the road that starts at Table Mountain Casino) or on the Madera side of Millerton.  
The larger homes with 180 or 360 views don't come on the market often and these homes are mostly located between Friant Rd. and the lake.  The map I drew around the lake for the forthcoming statistics does not consist of any of the tract homes found at Mira Bella, Bella Vista or the Eagle Springs community.  This report is strictly for homes on or along the lake.
Many of these homes have lots that have severe slopes so much of their yards are not what I would consider useable space.  Some of these homes are three stories if the lot slopes so much that it just made sense to build three levels, etc.  Perhaps the lot slopes are part of the reason why these ... more
