The East Greenwich market this August 2017 had an uptick in home sales.  With house closings up over the prior month.   This East Greenwich real estate market still remains a key geographic location to buy into with its closeness to the Providence Airport and Providence.
 
The choice in 103 homes on the market still gives buyers opportunities in this diverse real estate market for a great choice in a centrally located RI home market.  Pending real estate sales awaiting closing in East Greenwich RI real estate topped 11 homes and homes sold were 26 this month.  The average home sold this month was $459,000.
  
So the East Greenwich home buying and selling market is a sellers market this month with 2.1 months of home inventory.  Home sales in the higher price ranges were busy and selling this month.  Yet there is a thin inventory of homes for buyers in many price points and sellers should consider putting their homes for sale now and not waiting.
