Extra Care Provided My First Time Homeowners!*
"Tale of Good Neighbors Looking Out for the New Homeowners!"
My new First Time Silicon Valley Homeowners have been enjoying their new home, of course both have busy jobs too. Well, last week they accidentally ran off to work and left their garage door open! They would have not known until they got home at end of their work day had it not been for their caring new neighbors who quickly texted the prior Listing agent, who then quickly called & texted me, and I quickly contacted my client, and he'd had ZERO IDEA that access to the inside of their new home was WIDE OPEN  of course! My clients were able to race home and close it, and both were VERY GRATEFUL for how we all got the message to them!*
Very encouraging to have such helpful neighbors looking out for your property AND figuring out how best to reach the new homeowners through their agents!*  Very encouraging sign for my First Time Homeowners bonding with their new neighbors, my clients will not soon forget their kindness and both will look out for one another's property going forward!*
