Have you heard that Charlotte, North Carolina's "hottest" ZIP code for two years in a row is the 28273 ZIP code in Steele Creek? Realtor.com has just come out with its 2017 hottest ZIP codes for buyers and sellers in the country and Steele Creek's 28273 ZIP code was ranked #30 (up from #41 last year). This is out of some 32,000 ZIP codes analysed by Realtor.com based on the time it takes properties to sell and how frequently homes are viewed in each ZIP code. 
 
Steele Creek's 28273 ZIP code covers much of the area from Arrowood Road to Steele Creek Road to Shopton Road to Lake Wylie in southwest Charlotte.  The industrial areas along Westinghouse Boulevard separate the residential and commercial areas of Upper Steele Creek Lower Steele Creek. Steele Creek's location is perfect for those commuting to Charlotte-Douglas Airport, to Charlotte's Uptown area, and even to Fort Mill in South Carolina.
