Time Management & Priorities, observations of a Beverly Hills Realtor
Having been a Realtor for over twenty-four plus years, I have learned early in my Real Estate career, that the most important challenge any Realtor faces is ‘Time Management and Proper Prioritization of their Tasks’.
This business can be chaotic, especially if one does not know how to master the priorities of the business in an efficient manner. Keeping it in mind, this is a universal and a common thread of the real estate profession. It does not matter if you are a Beverly Hills Realtor or a Los Angeles Realtor the principles remain the same.
 As, Winston Churchill once said “…you create your own universe as you go along…”  I find that, this is such a spot-on observation and so true in Real Estate. I am a firm believer, that you need determination, as well as you must have the proper mental attitude and resilience, just like a US Army Infantry Officer. If you do not have these attributes, you are destined to face a difficult road ahead, hence you need to be mentally prepared and have the grit to survive.
