Average List Price at 9/30/17: $5.8 million   Average Sold Price over the last 3 months: $4.3 million 
 
Average Price per Sq. Ft. for Properties Sold during the last 3 months: $ 887 per sq. ft.his number fluctuates greatly based upon the small number of sales per quarter.
 
Properties sold at an average of 96% of List Price and took approx. 1  month to sell over the last 3 months
