I owe you an apology Joe. As you know I was pissed off about how long my niece’s 203 K loan was taking and all the stupidity that went with that.
I want you to know that the loan has finally closed after 5 months of working with another company. Maybe it had something to do with timing, but we had this guy come to our office and did a presentation about 203 K loans and preached on how his company could get these loans done in less than 6 weeks, which turned out to be total bullshit.
What is even worse is I stopped sending loans your way. I bet you don’t even know how many mortgages you closed for me, the number is over 100. Not sure what percentage loans you closed but I know well over 90% and some of them were pretty tough, just like my niece’s loan.
In the last 6 months I gave a number of my clients to this LO and less than half have closed. This is pretty stupid on my part not to pull the plug sooner.
