Can I use the bathroom while looking at a home for sale?
My blog has fallen into the toilet today, well not my blog, but the buyers cell phone fell in the toilet. How? What? Where? you must be asking... Well... while showing a home for sale. Mr. Buyer got separated from the group. As I walked back upstairs in this Manchester NH area home, I could hear talking. He was in the bathroom, door closed and obviously on the phone.
 
There was the flush of the toilet then a blood curdling scream. What the? As Mr. buyer is yelling, swearing and making his way out of the bathroom shaking his dripping wet cell phone.
 

 
It leads me to ask the following questions:
 
When is it OK to use a bathroom when looking at a home?
 
Why do people talk on the phone while going to the bathroom?
 
Is this buyer going to buy this home?
 
The answers may be simple, but simple and common sense can be lost these days. It is not Ok to use a bathroom when looking at a home. Even if you really have to go, the seller can still be upset.
