This weeks report on home values for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Mission Viejo Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were 7.8 percent, new homes are down 0.2 percent and resale condos are up 8.1 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 7.4 percent, down 1.1 percent on condos and up 43.6 percent for new homes.
 
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 0.0 percent and the sales volume is up 24.1 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 3.5 percent and the sales volume is down 17.3 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 12.0 and the sales volume is down 32.3 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 1.4 percent and the sales volume is up 9.8 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up33.3 percent and the sales volume up 18.5 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 8.6 percent and the sales volume is up 3.5 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 2.9 percent and the sales volume is up 17.8 percent.
