Hard to believe the first week-end in December is over! Our Canyon Creek HOA Multi-Cultural Festival was this week-end and what a great turnout!! Finished some Christmas shopping, met with a seller concerning repairs..we will see if we can work this one out. Daughter-in-law ran in the Sacramento Marathon this week-end and so proud of her for coming in with a good time (we  followed her on a link)!! Watched Clemson rake Miami over the coals and son John was on cloud nine! Somehow it got to be Monday morning. Grab a cup of your favorite morning brew and join me for some tech support humor to start your week.
A support agent works as an IT technician for his college during the summer, and they are in the process of upgrading their phone system. He had replaced a certain older professor’s phone the previous day and left both a full manual of how to use the phone as well as a more condensed “how-to” pamphlet.
